Hey, It's Lisa.   Some of you may already know me as Mom to Kerri & Nana to Becka, but let me share a little bit more about myself...

I have been teaching yoga for many years at my home studio in Rockland.  My love of yoga has given me opportunities to teach private classes in my home studio, larger yoga workshops in the pubic school systems,  and also working with children in all age groups  at local child care facilities.   I always guide my practice in an inclusive way, ensuring that everyone can participate and feel welcome.

I have a deep appreciation for all things spiritual,  a love for nature, and a passion for animals.  My volunteer work at the Standish Humane Society holds a special place in my heart, where I foster kittens and cats and help families find their perfect furry companions. 

Recently retired, I’m thrilled to dedicate more time to my passions and I am excited to be teaching at Soul!
